Below is an indicative list of approvals required with time-frame for starting a business in Rajasthan:

1.	Land conversion - Conversion of land use under Rajasthan Land Revenue (Conversion of Agricultural Land for Non-Agricultural Purposes in Rural Areas) Rules, 2007
	Up to 10 hectares	30 days from submission of completed application to District Collector
	Above 10 hectares	60 days from submission of completed application to State Govt.
2.	Land allotment under Rajasthan Land Revenue (Industrial Area Land Allotment) Rules, 1959
	In case allotment is to be made at the District level	30 days from submission of completed application to District Collector
	In case Government's approval is required	60 days from submission of completed application to State Govt.
3.	Exemption in the land ceiling limit	60 days at the level of  State Govt. from the date of submission of application in the District Collector's Office
